Connotation Definition,Basic Methods and Improvement Ideas of New Quality Productivity Measurement

Abstract
The current academic achievements in measuring new quality productivity are very diverse,which can be roughly summarized into five types of connotation definition methods and two types of evaluation weighting methods.This paper first re-flects on existing research and points out the misconceptions and shortcomings in the definition of connotation,construction of in-dex system,and selection of weighting methods for measuring new quality productivity.Secondly,some improvement ideas for measuring new quality productivity are proposed:In basic principle,it is necessary to make it clear that the new quality productivi-ty is the advanced quality of productivity that conforms to the new development concept,and take the reality of China's economic development as the basis.In terms of defining the connotation,we should adhere to the idea of combining the three elements of productivity with the quality of advanced productivity.In the construction of the index system,we should adhere to the method of coordinating subjectivity and objectivity,and quantitatively screen the selected indicators.In the selection of weighting methods,a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods should be adopted,and the excellence of the evaluation results should be comprehensively considered.Finally,based on the above train of thought,the development level of provincial new quality pro-ductivity in China from 2014 to 2023 is measured,and the results effectively confirm the above basic viewpoints.关键词
