Pole Pitch Optimization for Long Stator Linear Synchronous Motors
摘要
Abstract
The optimization of traction force fluctuations in linear synchronous motors has always been one of the research goals of linear motors.In response to the unequal pole pitch structure used in long stator linear synchronous motors for electromagnetic suspension high-speed maglev trains,this paper analyzes the traction force and air gap magnetic density of long stator linear synchronous motors using equal pole pitch and unequal pole pitch structures through finite element simulation analysis.By analyzing the traction force and suspension force of different secondary pole pitches when the stator pole pitch is fixed,it is found that using an unequal pole pitch structure can significantly reduce the fluctuation of traction force.When the stator pole pitch and secondary pole pitch are in a fixed proportion,the fluctuation of traction force can be minimized.关键词
