Prospects for Next-Generation Intelligent Train Operation and Control Systems

为满足铁路列控系统对高安全性与高效率运行的迫切需求,提出以"车车协同-列控协同-调控协同-综合安全体系"为核心的新一代列车智能运控系统框架.该框架依托 5G/6G通信、多源感知、人工智能及数字孪生等先进技术,将列车、轨旁设备、调度中心与工电供等系统单元抽象为具有感知、决策与协同能力的智能体,构建多智能体协同逻辑链.在此基础上,重点研究群组控制、车地一体化运行、调度-列控闭环联动机制,以及多专业融合的安全防护体系,系统阐释其逻辑架构、关键技术体系与典型应用场景的差异,形成完整的新一代列车智能运控系统框架.该框架有助于提升未来铁路在高密度行车、灾害应对及多场景智能调度等方面的能力,推动传统列控系统向智能化、协同化与自主化方向演进.

To meet the urgent demands for high safety and efficiency of train control systems for railways,this paper proposes a framework for next-generation intelligent train operation and control systems,centering on"train-to-train coordination,train control coordination,dispatching coordination,and integrated safety systems."The proposed framework leverages 5G/6G communication,multi-source sensing,AI,and digital twin technologies to abstracts trains,trackside equipment,dispatching centers,and infrastructure systems into intelligent entities capable of perception,decision-making,and coordination,and construct a multi-agent collaborative logic-chain.On this basis,this paper studies key mechanisms including group control strategies,onboard-wayside integrated operation,dispatching and train control closed-loop interaction,and safety protection systems featuring multi-disciplinary fusion.It also provides a systematic explanation of the logic architecture,the system of key technologies,and the differences of typical application scenarios,to establish a complete framework for new-generation intelligent train operation and control systems.The proposed framework provides enhanced capabilities in high-density operations,disaster response,and multi-scenario intelligent dispatching,and drives the evolution of traditional train control systems toward intelligence,collaboration,and autonomy.
