摘要

Abstract

The resource utilization of waste plastics is an effective way to solve the environmental pollution problems caused by plastic waste,achieve the sustainable use of petrochemical resources and promote the development of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"policy.A review was conducted based on the most mainstream and typical catalytic pyrolysis waste plastics for resource utilization technology,and the technical route and reaction law were summarized.The catalytic pyrolysis optimization methods and challenges were deeply analyzed from the two perspectives of reactors(fixed bed reactor,fluidized bed reactor,conical jet bed reactor and free fall reactor)and catalysts(zeolite catalyst,fluidized catalytic cracking catalyst and activated carbon catalyst)used in catalytic pyrolysis.It is pointed out that accelerating the commercialization of catalytic pyrolysis waste plastic,constructing a complete industrial route for catalytic pyrolysis technology,measuring the feasibility of the carbon reduction path of catalytic pyrolysis technology,truly realizing the resource utilization of waste plastics,and helping China achieve the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"goal are the mainstream research directions in the future.
