基于ABC-X模型分析助产士出勤率的影响因素
Analysis of influencing factors of midwife attendance rate based on ABC-X model

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of midwife attendance rate based on ABC-X model.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 231 midwives from 15 hospitals(7 tertiary hospitals,5 secondary hospitals,and 3 maternal and child health hospitals)in Jiangsu Province from March to May 2023.A questionnaire was distributed through WeChat for online survey,and the ABC-X model was used to analyze the factors affecting midwife attendance rate.Results The results showed that there were differences in the attendance behavior scores of midwives with different educational background,night shift frequency,adherence to scheduled leave,participation in standardized training at the municipal level or above,and marital and childbearing status(P<0.05).Midwife attendance behavior score was negatively correlated with social support score and perceived organizational support score(r=-0.825,-0.836,P<0.001),and positively correlated with perceived stress score and job burnout score(r=0.905,0.920,P<0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of midwife attendance behavior were night shift frequency≥4 times per month,failure to take scheduled leave,failure to participate in standardized training at the municipal level or above,low level of social support,low sense of organizational support,job burnout,and high perceived stress(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the ABC-X model,it can be concluded that various stressors,lack of individual resources,and inappropriate coping mechanisms are the main reasons for midwife attendance behavior.Clinical practice should strengthen support for midwives based on the ABC-X model analysis structure,help them establish healthy coping mechanisms,optimize scheduling systems and vacation arrangements.关键词
