Construction of labor analgesia nursing standardization system based on responsible midwife model

Abstract
Objective To establish a standardization system of labor analgesia nursing based on responsible midwife model.Methods In May 2023,the article pool was initially established on the basis of literature retrieval and expert interview,20 experts from 7 units in 5 provinces were consulted by Delphi expert consultation method for 2 rounds of correspondence,and the items of the standardization system of labor analgesia nursing were established,and the weights of each item were determined by hierarchical analysis method.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence were 95.00%and 100.00%,the group authority coefficient was 0.942,the coordination coefficient was 0.231 and 0.200,and the content validity of each item ranged from 0.80 to 1.00.Finally,a standardization system for labor analgesia nursing was established,comprising 3 primary indicators(nursing standardization before labor analgesia,nursing standardization during labor analgesia,and nursing standardization after labor analgesia)and 41 secondary indicators.Conclusion The standardization system of labor analgesia nursing established by letter consultation is relatively scientific and comprehensive,and the results are highly credible,which can provide more clear standardized nursing basis for midwives,standardize and institutionalize labor analgesia nursing work,ensure the quality of nursing,and improve the level of nursing service.关键词
