摘要
Abstract
The etiology of pediatric nocturnal enuresis(NE)is multifactorial,involving a complex interplay of physiological,psychological,genetic,lifestyle,and environmental factors.Research demonstrates that psychological factors can contribute to NE development,while the neuropsychological status of affected children including behavioral and emotional aspects,is also significantly impacted by the condition,potentially leading to social challenges.Physical impairments and environmental barriers impose substantial practical difficulties on the daily lives of children with NE,adversely impacting their quality of life.This review synthesizes current evidence on the psychological challenges and interventions of pediatric NE,emphasizing the central role of psychological factors in the onset,progression,and prognosis of NE.关键词
