创伤性疼痛链式管理对儿童扁桃体切除术后恢复的影响
Influence of chain management of traumatic pain on the recovery of children after tonsillectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of chain management of traumatic pain on the recovery of children after tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 87 children who underwent tonsillectomy in the Department of Otolaryngology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical University from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(43 cases,received conventional pain management)and an observation group(44 cases,received traumatic pain chain management on the basis of control group)using a random number table method.The preoperative psychological state,postoperative pain condition,sleep condition,hospital stay and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The score of modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group at 6,12,24 and 48 hours after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had longer sleep time on the night after the operation,shorter postoperative hospital stay,and lower total incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Chain management of traumatic pain can effectively relieve pain in children after tonsillectomy,improve sleep quality,shorten postoperative hospital stay,and be conducive to postoperative recovery of children.关键词
