Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of stigma,quality of life and social support level in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 195 patients with breast cancer admitted to Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital from August 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were assessed with social support revalued scale(SSRS),social impact assessment(SIA)and quality of questionnaire core scale(QLQ-C30),and the correlation of stigma,quality of life and social support level of breast cancer patients was analyzed.Results Under different levels of social support,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of each dimension and total score of SIA and the scores of each functional dimension of QLQ-C30(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of SIA in the high social support group were lower than those in the moderate and low social support groups(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of SIA in the moderate social support group were lower than those in the low social support group(P<0.05).The scores of each functional dimension of QLQ-C30 in the high social support group were higher than those in the moderate and low social support groups(P<0.05).The scores of each functional dimension of QLQ-C30 in the moderate social support group were higher than those in the low social support group(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between social support and stigma(r=-0.65,P<0.05),and a positive correlation between social support and quality of life(r=0.72,P<0.05).Conclusion The higher the level of social support,the lower the stigma and the higher the quality of life in patients with breast cancer.Therefore,attention should be paid to improving the level of social support of patients with breast cancer to reduce their stigma and improve their quality of life.关键词
