Abstract
In the multi-attribute cloud service selection problem,the intuitionistic fuzzy number has better robustness and is closer to the fuzzy in human decision-making when dealing with uncertain and fuzzy information,so it is widely used.The ELECTRE method constructs the advantage relation matrix by comparing the superiority and inferior relationship between schemes,and selects the optimal scheme.Because the intuitionistic fuzzy number cannot be directly compared,there are few studies using the ELECTRE method to solve the cloud service problem with intuitionistic fuzzy information.For this purpose,we propose an improved ELECTRE selection method based on the physical characteristics of the intuitionistic fuzzy number,so that the ELECTRE method can better deal with the cloud service selection problem with intuitionistic fuzzy information.Firstly,the intuitionistic fuzzy theory is applied to unify the cloud service quality(oS)into the intuitionistic fuzzy number,and the QoS weight is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,the con-sistency and contradiction index function of membership and non-hip are constructed according to the physical characteristics of the intu-itionistic fuzzy number,and the evaluation results of membership and non-membership are fused,and the priority relationship with quantitative characteristics is constructed for ranking,and the intuitionistic fuzzy Electre cloud service selection based on QoS is realized.Finally,the effectiveness and scientificity of the proposed method are verified through practical applications.关键词
