摘要

Abstract

The flourishing development of the baking industry has brought broad application prospects for baking paper.Traditional baking paper often coated with a film or fluorinated oil repellent to improve its hydrophobic and grease resistance.However,the use of plastics and fluorinated oil repellents is restricted due to the generation of microplastics and the po-tential migration of toxic substances during use,which can harm human health and the natu-ral environment.In this study,cellulose nanofibers(CNF)were blended with polyvinyl alco-hol(PVA)and montmorillonite(MMT)to prepare a dense grease resistance coating.The in-fluence of the amount of MMT on the hydrophobic and grease resistance of baking paper was investigated,and the influence of the coating on the microstructure,mechanical properties,air permeability,evenness and thermal stability of the paper was analyzed.The results showed that the composite coating significantly improved the hydrophobic and grease resistance of baking paper.When PVA content was 7.0 wt%and MMT content was 0.15 wt%,the kit rating of baking paper reached grade 12,Cobb60 was reduced to 16.2 g·m-2,and the air per-meability was reduced to 0.037 μm·Pa-1·s-1.It has excellent barrier properties to grease,water and gas.
