胶原/羧甲基壳聚糖纳米复合纤维基水凝胶的制备及其性能
Preparation and characterization of collagen/carboxymethyl chitosan composited nanofibrous hydrogels

Abstract
Collagen(COL)/carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)nanofibrous composited hydro-gels were prepared by blending collagen and CMCS at various COL∶CMCS ratios and subse-quent self-assembly.Carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of CMCS were successively interacted with amide groups of collagen via hydrogen bonds,which were the dominated interaction.Then the electrostatic interaction occurred between carboxylate of CMCS and basic amino acid residues of collagen.With increasing CMCS content,the binding stability of CMCS with collagen and collagen self-assembly property firstly increased and then decreased.At a COL∶CMCS ratio of 4∶6,the collagen self-assembly was optimal,and the formed nanofibrils with D-period possessed larger diameters.Therefore,the composited nanofibrils had better stability,and the properties of the composited nanofibrous hydrogels were improved.For ex-ample,thermal denaturation temperature of the composited hydrogel was 22.8 ℃ higher than that of pure collagen;additionally,the swelling ratio and degradation degree were 14 930.4%±340.7%and 53.4%±2.9%,respectively.The material has potential application prospects in the field of wound dressings and drug carriers.关键词
