城市固体废弃物微波辅助热解过程的界面极化效应
Effect of interfacial polarization on microwave-assisted pyrolysis process of municipal solid wastes

Abstract
This study investigates the mechanism of interfacial polarization during microwave-assisted pyrolysis of urban solid waste and elucidates its effects on pyrolysis efficiency and product distribu-tion.A three-dimensional geometric model was developed by integrating finite element simulation with experimental validation,enabling the simulation of multi-field coupling among electromagnetic,thermal,and fluid fields under microwave conditions.The results demonstrate that interfacial polari-zation induces charge accumulation at the interfaces between heterogeneous particles,which enhances the local electric field to a maximum of 4.0 × 104 V/m.Consequently,the temperature at these con-tact interfaces reaches 880 ℃,considerably surpassing the 700 ℃ observed in non-contact regions.This localized high-temperature effect increases the system's heating rate by 34.1%(to 126.7 ℃/min)and improves the liquid product yield from 46.8%to 57.6%,while also enhancing the relative content of target phenolic compounds from 45.2%to 55.6%.These findings provide a robust theo-retical foundation and technical support for optimizing resource utilization technologies in urban solid waste management.关键词
