小米谷糠油的精炼工艺优化及其理化指标分析
Optimization of refining process of millet bran oil and its physicochemical indicators analysis

Abstract
Millet bran oil is rich in nutritional value.In order to solve the problems of high acid value and deep color during the extraction process,it is necessary to refine the oil.This study used crude millet bran oil as raw material and refined it through hydration degumming,alkali refining deacidification,and adsorption decolorization.Process optimization was conducted for different refining stages via single-factor experiments and response surface analysis,while changes in key physicochemical indicators before and after refining were examined.The re-sults showed that the optimal degumming conditions were:temperature 61 ℃,water addition 4.3%of oil weight,and time 27 min,achieving a degumming rate of 63.73%.The optimal deacidification parameters were:temperature 61 ℃,alkali concentration 10.8%,and time 26 min,resulting in a deacidification rate of 91.98%.The optimum decolorization conditions were:activated clay dosage 6.3%of oil weight,temperature 75 ℃,and time 40 min,yielding a decolorization rate of 77.41%.After refining,the millet bran oil exhibited significantly re-duced indicators:acid value(0.91±0.06 mg KOH/g),peroxide value(6.86±0.37 mmol/kg),moisture & volatile matter(0.08±0.02%),and color(Y:20.0±1.0;R:2.7±0.6),all complying with the National Standard"Rice Bran Oil"(GB 19112-2003).After refining,the phospholipid content in millet bran oil was significantly reduced to 0.053±0.004 mg/g,dem-onstrating remarkable dephosphorization efficiency.The optimized refining process developed in this study effectively improves the physicochemical properties of millet bran oil and pro-vides theoretical support for its industrial-scale production.关键词
