An optimized hierarchical nested array design for enhancing uniform degrees of freedom
摘要
Abstract
To improve the uniform degrees of freedom,an optimized hierarchical nested array is proposed in this paper.By optimizing the element layout of the subarrays of traditional nes-ted arrays,a hierarchical array structure is constructed,which effectively diminishes the re-dundancy within the difference co-array and considerably raises the uniform degrees of free-dom.Theoretical analysis shows that the array can provide higher uniform degrees of freedom than the traditional nested array and other sparse arrays under the same number of array ele-ments.It can be seen from the experimental results that the array put forward herein presents significant advantages regarding the performance of direction of arrival estimation and uni-form degree of freedom,thereby confirming the effectiveness and rationality of its design.关键词
