自动引导运输车(AGV)在智能化工厂仓储运输中发挥着至关重要的作用,可大幅降低人力成本、提高运输效率.无刷电机具有高效节能、可靠稳定等特点,已逐渐应用于AGV小车的驱动系统.文章设计了一种基于矢量控制(FOC)与PID控制算法的无刷电机控制器,通过霍尔传感器获取无刷电机转子位置信息,基于矢量控制(FOC)算法使电机在高效率下运行,并借助PID调节实现电机速度与电流的双闭环控制.经编程实际测试,验证了该控制方案的可行性,可有效提升AGV小车的运输效率与运行稳定性.

Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)plays a vital role in the storage and transportation of intelligent factories,which can greatly reduce labor costs and improve transportation efficiency.Brushless motors have the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,reliability and stability,and are gradually applied to the drive system of AGV.In this paper,a brushless motor controller based on Field-Oriented Control(FOC)and PID control algorithm is designed.The rotor position information of the brushless motor is obtained by Hall sensors.Based on the FOC algorithm,the motor runs at high efficiency,and the double closed-loop control of motor speed and current is realized by PID regulation.The feasibility of the control scheme is verified by actual programming tests,which can effectively improve the transportation efficiency and operational stability of AGV.
