基于FOC矢量控制的AGV小车无刷电机控制器设计

摘要
Abstract
Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)plays a vital role in the storage and transportation of intelligent factories,which can greatly reduce labor costs and improve transportation efficiency.Brushless motors have the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,reliability and stability,and are gradually applied to the drive system of AGV.In this paper,a brushless motor controller based on Field-Oriented Control(FOC)and PID control algorithm is designed.The rotor position information of the brushless motor is obtained by Hall sensors.Based on the FOC algorithm,the motor runs at high efficiency,and the double closed-loop control of motor speed and current is realized by PID regulation.The feasibility of the control scheme is verified by actual programming tests,which can effectively improve the transportation efficiency and operational stability of AGV.关键词
