The Historical Materialist Approach and Problem Orientation of Marx's Criticism of Civil Society
摘要
Abstract
Marx's criticism of civil society generally went through the evolution process of criticism of philosophy of law,private property criticism,and capital society criticism.Critique of right philosophy reveals the illusory nature of the political state through the human rights of civil society,and puts forward a plan for"true democracy".The criticism of private property analyzes the alienation structure of civil society from an economic perspective,and preliminarily elucidates the existence and development process of the contradiction between labor and capital.The criticism of capitalist society,based on the historical perspective of human society,has advanced the political economy critique of the essence of civil society and uncovered the historical mystery of the dogma of"equal rights".From the criticism of legal philosophy to the criticism of private property,and then to the criticism of capitalist society,it indicates that Marxist historical materialism has always maintained sensitivity and attention to civil society issues,and has completed a scientific conception of the future society in the process of exploring and solving civil society problems.The promotion of criticism of civil society is precisely the problem oriented and constructive path of the development of historical materialism.关键词
