摘要

Abstract

Knowledge generation does not simply replace traditional models of knowledge transmission or construction.Rather,it represents an active response to emerging educational demands in an era of digitalization and intelligent transformation.Its core log-ic centers on three interrelated aspects,including idea guidance,agent collaboration,and community building,which offer a theoreti-cal foundation for developing open,dynamic,and intelligently supported learning environments and online learning system that enable the continual generation and evolution of collective knowledge.This study addresses two persistent challenges in asynchronous online learning:the lack of social presence that weakens learner engagement,and the difficulty of achieving cognitive consensus that con-strains group knowledge generation.We designed a knowledge-generation-oriented platform,named ShiDaoYun,which integrates syn-chronous and asynchronous modes to create a quasi-synchronous interactive environment fostering sustained collaborative knowledge building.Using a design-based research approach with four iterations,we combined quasi-experiments,in-depth interviews,surveys,and learning analytics to iteratively refine the design principles.In the final iteration,we implemented three role-based intelligent a-gents to address personalized needs in large-scale online learning,including an AI instructor providing differentiated cognitive sup-port,an AI learning companion offering socio-emotional interaction,and an AI assistant delivering instrumental support.On this basis,we proposed the Idea-Agent-Community framework,which provides both theoretical and practical guidance for constructing AI-augmented online learning communities.This study advances theoretical inquiry into knowledge generation in online learning and of-fers new perspectives for designing human-AI collaborative learning environments.
