Abstract

The 2024-2035 Master Plan on Building China into a Leading Country in Education identifies educational digital-ization as a central pillar of a strong education system and stresses its role in talent cultivation,modernization,and meeting public demand.Human-machine collaboration refers to cooperative and interactive work between humans and intelligent systems,aiming to realize synergistic enhancements of human cognition and machine intelligence to accomplish complex tasks beyond either alone.As the underlying logic of deep digital transformation in education,human-machine collaboration constitutes a new paradigm based on a two-way synergy,serving as a practical lever,an evaluative benchmark,and a way for cultivating innovative talent.This study propos-es an evaluation model for educational digital transformation,taking a human-machine collaboration perspective,that is observable,computable,and operational.The model comprises six dimensions,including technological capability,application level,data capabili-ty,usage frequency,cognitive attitudes,and learning outcomes.It also specifies four developmental stages,spanning interaction,inte-gration,co-creation,and symbiosis.This study further analyzes the model's indicator system,hierarchical structure,main features,ap-plication forms,and representative evaluation cases.Lastly,the study discusses strategies to advance educational digital transforma-tion,including constructing intelligent learning spaces for human-machine collaboration,enhancing innovative talent development functions,optimizing tiered educational structures,reshaping the educational ecosystem,and strengthening risk-governance mecha-nisms.Together,these strategies provide a theoretical foundation,diagnostic tools,and policy guidance for advancing comprehensive and high-quality educational digital transformation.
