Abstract
To address the frequent burnout failures of oil film bearings in hot rolling finishing mills,targeted improvements were made through root cause analysis and benchmarking across four aspects:enhancing equipment control precision,optimizing pressure,temperature,and flow con-trol,improving the detection system,and optimizing the management model.Specific measures in-cluded resolving oil film bearing partial load issues by controlling the flatness and wear of contact surfaces,adjusting the arc of locking baffles,controlling the in-service levelness of backup rolls,and reducing axial force deviation.Improving oil film bearing assembly accuracy through enhanced assembly procedures and strengthened maintenance,boosting lubricating system operational stabil-ity by optimizing pressure,temperature,and flow control,adding comprehensive detection sys-tems,optimizing oil management,improving lubricating system structure,and preventing water in-gress into the system,utilizing advanced tools and intelligent monitoring technology to achieve pre-cise control,real-time detection,and intelligent diagnosis,shifting failure response from reactive to predictive.In the current context of increasing production and efficiency,these improvement mea-sures have significantly enhanced the operational stability of the oil film bearings,effectively ensur-ing continuous and efficient production.关键词
