摘要

Abstract

This paper briefly describes the function and location of the strip guiding device for the wipe rolls in the rinsing tank of the pickling process section in a pickling-rolling combined line.It details the classification,composition,measurement principle,and control principle of the guid-ing device.To address the problem of rubber coating damage on the rinsing tank wipe rolls caused by frequent operation of the guiding device,an adaptive control mode based on the actual running state of the strip is proposed.This mode uses the mainline PLC to dynamically categorize strip width ranges and set differentiated allowable deviation thresholds and compensation values,enabling intel-ligent switching between automatic and manual states of the guiding device.Application results show that this mode reduces the automatic operation time of the guiding device by 70%,increases the av-erage service life of the wipe rolls from 7 days to 40 days,and has not caused any strip deviation in-cidents.
