Abstract
The hydraulic loop control system on the 1580 hot rolling line is installed between each finishing mill stand to ensure the continuity and stability of the continuous rolling process.This system can reduce strip deviation,eliminate transverse uneven deformation of the strip,improve strip shape and internal stress defects,and the stability of its tension control is crucial for rolling ex-treme specifications.This paper conducts an in-depth study on the loop oscillation problem during production on the 1580 hot rolling line.Solutions are proposed through the verification of characteris-tic factors,providing guidance for improving the control stability of loop systems in hot-rolled strip mills.关键词
