摘要

Abstract

During the smelting and hot processing stages of steel,the heating furnace is a key ther-mal treatment facility where high-temperature oxidation of billets is difficult to avoid.This not only causes significant metal loss,directly affecting the finished product yield of steel,but also has poten-tial impacts on the surface quality and mechanical properties of the product.Based on the actual op-eration of a typical process in a steel plant,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of high-temperature oxidation burnoff in heating furnaces and proposes management and control measures such as improving temperature monitoring accuracy,optimizing the heating regime,and controlling the furnace atmosphere.These methods effectively reduce the oxidation burnoff rate while signifi-cantly improving the comprehensive quality level of the finished steel products.
