摘要
Abstract
Taking the 110 kV and above high-voltage cables of a steel plant in Kunming as the research object, and considering the increased number of cable circuits and heightened system dependency after production scale expansion, this study analyzes the causes of a 110 kV cable insu-lation breakdown accident that occurred on February 19,2025,from multiple dimensions:cable laying process defects, insufficient jointing techniques, inherent quality issues, environmental fac-tors,overvoltage impacts, and operation and maintenance management loopholes.Based on this,an optimized operation and maintenance plan covering the entire lifecycle of cables is proposed from four dimensions:the establishment of a refined inspection system, the implementation of multi-dimensional condition monitoring, the enhancement of preventive testing, and the construction of an intelligent maintenance platform.Practice shows that after implementation, the annual average cable failure rate decreased significantly, and operation and maintenance costs were reduced by 16%year-on-year,providing a referable technical path for improving the reliability of high-voltage cables.关键词
