灯盏花胶囊对高糖高脂饮食诱发糖尿病肾病模型的影响
The effect of Erigeron breviscapus capsule on a model of diabetic nephropathy induced by high-sugar and high-fat diet

Abstract
To investigate the effect of Erigeron breviscapus capsules on a diabetic nephropathy(DN)model in mice and provide a basis for further study,nine C57BL/6J mice were selected as normal controls,and another 70 mice were fed with high-sugar and high-fat diet for 16 weeks to replicate the DN model.After that,45 mice were randomly divided into model control,positive control(benazepril,10 mg/kg)and low dose(0.78 g/kg),medium dose(1.56 g/kg)and high dose groups(3.12 g/kg)doses of Erigeron breviscapus capsules,with nine mice in each group.The general conditions of mice in each group were observed after 8 weeks of administration,and these parameters including fasting blood glucose(FBG),urinary protein,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),albumin(ALB),alanine transaminase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),creatinine(Cre),urea nitrogen(BUN),fasting insulin(FINS)levels were detected.Histopathological morphology of mice kidney was observed by HE staining.The results showed that compared with the model control group,the general condition of the mice in the positive control and each Erigeron breviscapus capsule dose group was significantly improved,with lower 24 h urine protein and FBG levels(P<0.05/0.01);lower serum BUN,Cre,TC,TG,LDL and FINS levels(P<0.05/0.01)and significantly higher ALB(P<0.05/0.01).Kidney and liver indices were significantly reduced and renal histopathological morphology was significantly improved.Erigeron breviscapus capsules have a therapeutic effect on early DN.关键词
