摘要

Abstract

At present,multiple provinces in China have implemented the application of integrated systems for building exterior wall insulation structures.By using integrated systems for exterior wall insulation structures,insulation and structures can have the same lifespan,avoiding engineering quality and safety hazards such as insulation detachment.However,the integrated external wall insulation system still faces many construction difficulties that have not been overcome,such as large deviations in the flatness and verticality of the external wall,serious interlayer misalignment of the external wall,and long construction periods.Taking an actual project as an example,the standardized steel keel is organically combined with an integrated insulation external template,consisting of a square steel pipe welded combination secondary keel,a round steel pipe transverse main keel,tension bolts,long screw fasteners,and an integrated insulation external template.The construction quality of the integrated external wall insulation formwork has been improved,and the verticality and flatness of the external wall meet the requirements of the specifications,avoiding inter story misalignment of the external wall,reducing tower crane lifting times and labor,and saving construction period and cost.At the same time,the steel keel can be reused multiple times and can be recycled,which meets the requirements of green construction and material conservation.
