Abstract
With the development of formwork support systems,aluminum alloy formwork has the advantages of high construction efficiency,short cycle,good stability,high bearing capacity,and good surface effect of concrete after formwork removal,and is widely used in construction projects.After using aluminum alloy formwork,there is no construction waste generated on site,making construction safer and effectively reducing the cost of secondary material transportation,shortening the construction period.As a joint plate in wall structures,the pull joint plate can effectively improve the lateral load-bearing capacity of shear walls,giving them stronger load-bearing and seismic resistance,while making the stress more uniform and reasonable.This paper uses BIM technology to assist in construction,establishes a standard layer aluminum alloy formwork support system model,and clarifies the construction process and method of the aluminum alloy formwork support system structure joint construction.The section that the structural joint must pass through during the construction process is identified,and the possibility of free settlement of the structures on both sides of the joint is analyzed to ultimately prevent water leakage,ensure wall safety,and prevent damage due to accidental factors such as earthquakes and floods.It effectively solves the drawbacks of complex installation process,waste and labor costs,and inability to effectively fix the traditional structural joint,as well as the displacement or damage of the joint plate after concrete pouring.关键词
