摘要

Abstract

In response to the problems of low construction efficiency and poor inter layer quality in the traditional secondary pouring method for split joint gate piers,this paper proposes the overall pouring construction technology for special-shaped gate piers based on the Poyang Lake flood diversion gate project.By developing a standardized steel mold and precision rolling threaded steel combination support system,double seam piers can be formed in one go.By innovatively adopting the"T-shaped steel bar+asphalt fir board"structural joint reinforcement technology,the problem of deformation control of asphalt fir board has been solved.Engineering applications have shown that this technology shortens the construction period of gate piers by 40%,controls the verticality deviation within H/2 000,and reduces the leakage rate of structural joints to below 0.5%.
