Abstract
The tilting case of a certain frame residential building reveals the causes of uneven settlement.This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different reinforcement and correction methods,and selects a comprehensive correction and reinforcement plan for the grouting method foundation reinforcement structure lifting correction and the excavation method forced landing correction based on geological conditions and actual site conditions.It elaborates on the implementation steps,parameter selection,and other key contents of the foundation reinforcement project and structural correction.By monitoring indicators such as settlement,inclination,ground deformation,and building characteristics,it was verified that the building meets the acceptance standards after the implementation of the plan.关键词
