Abstract
Combined with a wind power project in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,this paper analyzes the construction requirements of the crane selection,lifting method,plane layout,ring piece assembly,tower verticality and concentricity control for the mixed tower lifting construction of wind power projects in mountainous complex terrain conditions.This paper elaborates on the consideration of terrain and tower parameters in the selection of cranes and lifting methods,and adopts a combined lifting method to refine the lifting parameters and layout requirements.It proposes a method for controlling the assembly accuracy of prefabricated rings and adjusting the verticality and concentricity control during the lifting process of the entire tower,which solves the problems of limited mountain transportation,environmental constraints,and high lifting process requirements for wind turbines.关键词
