以黄精为君药的饭食类药膳考证
Textual research on rice medicated diets with Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to investigate rice medicated diets featuring Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine,analyzing their herbal composition,efficacy,actions,and preparation methods.Through a systematic review of classical Chinese medical books,the rice medicated diets with Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine,such as Xianren Rice,Huangjing Congee,and Huangjing Cake is included.Xianren Rice originates from the She Sheng Zhong Miao Fang(Numerous Miraculous Prescriptions for Health Cultivation).It requires nine cycles of steaming and sun-drying to reduce toxicity and enhance efficacy,with functions of tonifying qi of the spleen and stomach,as well as prolonging life.Huangjing Congee is recorded in Tiao Ji Yin Shi Bian(The Identification of Diet for Disease Regulation).Cooked by boiling Huangjing with rice,it is indicated for various deficiency conditions and consumptive diseases,with effects of tonifying qi of the spleen and stomach,as well as moistening the heart and lungs.Huangjing Cake comes from the Zun Sheng Ba Jian(The Eight Precepts of Cultivating Life).It is made by kneading Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma),soybeans,and white sugar,and has the effects of tonifying the spleen and stomach,as well as preserving health and prolonging life.This research has investigated the development of rice medicated diets with Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine,demonstrating the value of Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)in the field of dietotherapy.关键词
