宋金元时期以黄精为君药的方剂源流考证
Textual research on the formulas using Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine in the Song-Jin-Yuan Dynasties
摘要
Abstract
This study conducted research on the formulas using Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine during the Song-Jin-Yuan Dynasties by consulting relevant ancient books.The study systematically sorted out their origins,dosage forms,drugs,dosages,processing,therapeutic effects and indications.A total of 18 formulas using Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine were obtained,including Dihuang Decoction Pill(2),Shenxianer Huangjing Formula(2),Huangjing Pill(2),Wanbing Huangjing Pill,Huangjing Dihuang Pill,Wujing Decoction Pill,Erjing Pill,Baozhen Dantian Erjing Pill,Huangjing Paste,Shenxianfu Huangjing Paste,Huangjing Condensed Decoction,Songhua Paste,Xiwangmu Sitong Powder,Wangmu Sitong Powder,and Lingxian Powder.The formulas are most commonly prepared as pill,followed by paste,mainly exerting the effects of prolonging life,tonifying deficiency,and beautifying the skin.At present,certain therapeutic effects of formulas using Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine have been confirmed by clinical research.This study aims to provide additional theoretical support for the clinical application of formulas using Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma)as the principal medicine and the development of Chinese patent medicines in the future.关键词
