天竺黄采收、炮制和功效的本草考证
Herbal textual research on the harvesting,processing,and effects of Tianzhuhuang(Bambusae Concretio Silicea)
摘要
Abstract
This study has conducted herbal textual research on the harvesting,processing,properties,flavor,meridian affinity,effects,and indications of Tianzhuhuang(Bambusae Concretio silicea)by consulting ancient herbal texts and literature.System research has found that the Tianzhuhuang(Bambusae Concretio Silicea)with a yellowish-white appearance is of superior quality,and the optimal harvesting time is autumn and winter,although it can also be harvested in all four seasons.There is no special processing method for Tianzhuhuang(Bambusae Concretio Silicea).It is often used directly after the raw product is washed.It is sweet in flavor and cold in property,is non-toxic,and has affinities to the heart,liver,and gallbladder meridians.It has the effects of purging heat,expelling phlegm,and cooling the heart.It is primarily indicated for symptoms including acute infantile convulsion,and aphasia due to phlegm obstruction in patients with stroke.These findings are generally consistent with modern herbal knowledge.关键词
