马齿苋水提物对高糖饮食诱导的果蝇模型代谢紊乱的影响
Effects of Machixian(Portulacae Herba)aqueous extract on metabolic disorders in a high-sugar diet-induced Drosophila model

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Machixian(Portulacae Herba)aqueous extract on metabolic disorders in a high-sugar diet-induced Drosophila model.Methods A high-sugar diet was used to induce a metabolic disorder model.The experiment included five groups:a normal group,a model group,and three intervention groups receiving 1%,5%,and 10%aqueous extract of Machixian(Portulacae Herba),each comprising 90 flies.While the normal control group was fed a regular diet,the other groups were fed a high-sugar diet with varying concentrations of Machixian(Portulacae Herba)aqueous extract.After 14 days of cultivation,the survival rate,body weight,pupal volume,eclosion ability,fat droplet size,climbing ability,trehalose content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,and intestinal permeability(Smurf assay)were measured in each group.Results Compared with the normal control group,the model group of Drosophila exhibited significantly reduced survival rate,body weight,eclosion rate,pupal volume,climbing rate,SOD activity,and CAT activity(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001).Additionally,fat accumulation,intestinal leakage rate,trehalose content,and MDA content significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.001).Compared with the model group,Drosophila treated with different concentrations of Machixian(Portulacae Herba)aqueous extract showed varying degrees of improvement in survival rate,body weight,eclosion rate,pupal volume,climbing rate,SOD activity,and CAT activity(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001).Furthermore,fat accumulation,intestinal leakage rate,trehalose content,and MDA content were significantly reduced(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001).Conclusion The aqueous extract of Machixian(Portulacae Herba)demonstrated significant regulatory effects on high-sugar diet-induced metabolic disorders in Drosophila,effectively improving survival rate,metabolism-related indicators,and oxidative stress status.Its mechanism of action may be associated with enhancing the organism's antioxidant capacity and maintaining the integrity of the intestinal barrier function.关键词
