基于"脾主运化"理论探讨黄芪山药粥调节肠道微生态的作用机制

Abstract
Huangqi Shanyao Congee is a classical medicated diet with Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)as the chief medicines,which possesses the effects of strengthening the spleen,benefiting qi,and reinforcing healthy qi to strengthen the body.This paper systematically elucidates the regulatory mechanisms of the active ingredients of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Shanyao(Dioscoreae Rhizoma)and their combination on intestinal microbiota composition,metabolic profiles,and host immune functions,based on the Chinese medicine(CM)theory of"the spleen governing transportation and transformation"and modern intestinal microecology.The study demonstrates that Astragalus polysaccharides and Dioscorea mucilage proteins synergistically regulate intestinal microbiota metabolism(e.g.,short-chain fatty acids production),enhance intestinal barrier integrity,and suppress inflammatory signaling pathways.These findings highlight the"multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway"intervention advantages of food-medicine dual-use substances,providing theoretical basis for preventing chronic metabolic diseases.关键词
