基于体质可调论探讨疫病血瘀质人群药膳防治策略
Prevention and treatment strategies using medicated diets for epidemic patients with a blood stasis constitution based on the theory of"adjustable constitution"

Abstract
Dietary intervention based on body constitutions is the fundamental principle for implementing dietary health preservation and therapy following understanding the individual's physiology and pathology.Its effectiveness depends on the accuracy of constitution identification.Under the guidance of Chinese medicine(CM)theory,foods with distinctive color,scent,flavor,appearance,and effect can be combined with edible medicinal herbs to prepare medicated diets that serve health preservation,wellness promotion,and disease prevention purposes.This paper focuses on individuals with a blood stasis constitution,explores its impact on the progression of epidemic diseases,analyzes the causes of the blood stasis constitution and its clinical manifestations,and,by reviewing multiple epidemic cases,comprehensively examines the pathological role of the blood stasis constitution during epidemics.Building upon these findings,this paper presents a medicated diet-based intervention strategy tailored for individuals with a blood stasis constitution.The objective is to rectify constitutional imbalances and facilitate recovery from post-epidemic sequelae through targeted dietary regulation,thus offering a distinctive CM approach to epidemic prevention and control.关键词
