红枣在航天营养健康领域的应用探讨
Application of jujuba in space nutrition and health
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing frequency and duration of space missions,astronauts face multiple health risks during spaceflight,which pose higher demands on nutritional support systems.As a dual-use substance for both medicine and food,jujuba is rich in polysaccharides,flavonoids,cyclic adenosine monophosphate,and other active ingredients,and exhibits various biological effects such as tonifying blood,antioxidation,immunomodulation,and neuroprotection.It has become a promising candidate for the development of functional space foods.Based on the theory of medicinal and food functions and the fundamentals of space nutrition,this paper summarizes the main nutritional components and functional properties of jujuba,and discusses its potential applications in the special environment of space missions.This study not only has significant value for space medicine,but also provides new perspectives for the modernization and application of traditional dual-use resources for medicine and food.关键词
