态靶辨证视角下药食同源理论在干眼症防治中的应用探讨
Application of the"medicine-food homology"theory in the prevention and treatment of dry eye disease from the perspective of state-target pattern differentiation

Abstract
Based on the state-target pattern differentiation theory of Chinese medicine,this study systematically investigates the application of the"medicine-food homology"theory in the prevention and treatment of dry eye disease.By analyzing the"state-target"correlations in dry eye disease—such as the"yin-deficiency state"corresponding to insufficient tear secretion and the"dry-heat state"corresponding to ocular surface inflammation—a medicine-food homology-based intervention model is established,centered on"state modulation,target determination,and dietary therapy."A"three states-three targets"pattern differentiation system is constructed to map the relationship between clinical patterns and pathological indicators.This study also elucidates how the medicine-food dual-functional substances such as Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)and Juhua(Chrysanthemi Flos)exert multiple mechanisms,including nourishing the liver and kidney,clearing heat and reducing inflammation,and harmonizing qi flow,to modulate the development of dry eye disease.These findings provide a theoretical foundation for dietary therapy in the prevention and treatment of dry eye disease.关键词
