谭新华教授运用药食同源药组治疗精索静脉曲张经验
Professor TAN Xinhua's experience in treating varicocele with medicine-food homologous herb groups
摘要
Abstract
This article summarizes Professor TAN Xinhua's clinical experience in treating varicocele with medicine-food homologous herb groups.Professor TAN identifies the main pathogenesis of varicocele as liver and kidney deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,sinking of middle qi,wind-cold fettering the exterior,and damp-heat pouring downward.On the basis of conventional pattern differentiation and treatment,he incorporates medicine-food homologous herb groups to enhance efficacy and moderate the natures and flavors of prescriptions.He emphasizes the necessity of avoiding excessive use of treatment methods such as circulating blood and transforming stasis,and supplementing essence and blood,and suggests an appropriate combination of dredging and astringent methods when indicated to improve clinical therapeutic effects.关键词
