药食同源发酵中药产业发展现状、问题与对策
Current status,challenges,and countermeasures for developing the food-medicine homologous fermented Chinese medicines industry

Abstract
The food-medicine homologous fermented Chinese medicines,as the product of the integration of Chinese medicine and modern fermentation technology,demonstrates advantages in component transformation,efficacy enhancement,and safety improvement.Its application scope is gradually expanding.This study aspects such as fermentation processes and technologies,efficacy and mechanisms of action,industrial and market development,and laws,regulations,and policies.It reviews the current state of development in this field and identifies issues including weak foundational research,imprecise process control,delayed transformation of research outcomes,limited industrial scale,prominent product homogeneity,insufficient market cultivation,and an incomplete regulatory system.To promote industrial development,it is essential to strengthen technological innovation and microbial strain optimization,establish a systematic research framework for components and safety,advance industry-academia-research collaboration,and build a complete chain from pilot-scale testing to industrialization.Meanwhile,market education and brand building should be reinforced,and regulatory and standard systems should be improved to establish a quality supervision system covering the entire industry chain.关键词
