纯水体系下葛根素的固液相平衡与溶解热力学分析
Solid-liquid phase equilibrium and dissolution thermodynamic analysis of Gegensu(Puerarin)in a pure water system

Abstract
Objective To investigate the solubility of Gegensu(Puerarin)in water and its dissolution thermodynamic mechanism.Methods The solubility of Gegensu(Puerarin)was determined within the temperature range of 298-338 K.The experimental data were fitted using the Apelblat equation,polynomial empirical equation,and ideal solution model.Based on the Van't Hoff equation,dissolution thermodynamic parameters were calculated.Results The solubility of Gegensu(Puerarin)increased significantly with increasing temperature(298 K:6.46 mg/mL.338 K:30.06 mg/mL).Among the three models,the polynomial empirical model exhibited the best fit(ARD=2.37%,R2=0.999),followed by the Apelblat equation(ARD=2.43%,R2=0.998).Thermodynamic calculations indicated that the dissolution of Gegensu(Puerarin)is an endothermic,entropy-increasing,non-spontaneous process,with Gibbs free energy(ΔG)decreasing as temperature increased.Conclusion The dissolution behavior of Gegensu(Puerarin)in a pure water system exhibits nonlinear characteristics,and the polynomial empirical equation is the most suitable for describing its dissolution pattern.Increasing temperature enhances the dissolution driving force.This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of Gegensu(Puerarin).关键词
