中医痰湿体质的研究现状
Current research status of phlegm-damp constitution in Chinese medicine:a visualization analysis based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To perform bibliometric and visualization analysis of literature related to the phlegm-damp constitution in Chinese medicine,in order to grasp the current research status in this field and identify its research hotspots.Methods CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the annual number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords of literature related to phlegm-damp constitution retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,and Wanfang databases from January 1,2013 to December 31,2024,and to generate corresponding knowledge maps.Results A total of 470 valid articles were included in the study;1,341 authors were identified,with Academician WANG Qi being the most prolific;234 research institutions were included,with Beijing University of Chinese Medicine ranking the first in number of publications;338 keywords were extracted,from which cluster analysis generated 12 labels,and 20 burst keywords were identified.Conclusion The body of literature in the field of phlegm-damp constitution research has shown continuous growth,with a shift from theoretical discussion to more in-depth clinical applications.However,large-scale collaborative networks among research institutions and authors have yet to be established.Current research by scholars in China mainly focuses on two directions:systematic refinement of the phlegm-damp constitution theory,and optimization of disease prevention and treatment approaches based on constitution regulation.关键词
