摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlations between interleukin-1β(IL-1β),superoxide dismutase(SOD),advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP),S100β protein(S100β),and cognitive impairment(CI)in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods A retrospective study included 82 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease treated at Zhoukou Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024.Cognitive function was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA).Based on the scores, patients were divided into a CI group and a non-CI group.Clinical data and laboratory indices were compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between these indices and CI in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Variables showing between-group differences underwent multicollinearity analysis;indices without collinearity were entered into multivariate logistic regression to identify factors influencing CI.A nomogram was constructed according to the logistic regression results, and a calibration curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of these factors for CI.Results Among the 82 patients,31 had MoCA scores≤26(37.80%)and were assigned to the CI group;51 had MoCA scores>26(62.20%)and were assigned to the non-CI group.IL-1β,AOPP,and S100β levels were significantly higher in the CI group than in the non-CI group, while SOD levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that MoCA score was negatively correlated with IL-1β,AOPP,and S100β(r=-0.565,-0.776,and-0.680;P<0.05)and positively correlated with SOD(r=0.761;P<0.05).Multicollinearity analysis indicated no collinearity among IL-1β,SOD,AOPP,and S100β(variance inflation factor≤10;tolerance≥0.1),supporting their inclusion in the logistic regression model.Multivariate logistic regression showed that IL-1β,AOPP,and S100β may be risk factors for CI in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease(odds ratio>1;P<0.05),whereas SOD may be a protective factor(odds ratio<1;P<0.05).A predictive model for CI was constructed using these factors. The calibration plot demonstrated good fit, with P=0.746.Conclusion IL-1β,SOD,AOPP and S100β are associated with CI in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease, which provides reference for clinical intervention.关键词
