摘要

Abstract

Objective To predict the functions of key genes in the cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)signaling path-way of Haemonchus contortus.Methods Gene sequences of the cGMP signaling pathway in Caenorhabditis elegans were used to identify corresponding genes in H.contortus through sequence alignment,and gene structure diagrams were con-structed.Phylogenetic trees were generated using MEGA to analyze the evolutionary relationships of related proteins.Func-tional domains were predicted by comparing the protein sequences of H.contortus with homologous sequences from other species.Results Four genes involved in the cGMP signaling pathway of H.contortus were identified:Hc-daf-11,Hc-gpa-2,Hc-gpa-3,and Hc-tax-2.Corresponding proteins contained highly conserved functional domains and exhibited evolu-tionary relationships with proteins from other nematodes.Conclusion This study provides preliminary insights into the struc-ture and function of key genes in the cGMP signaling pathway of H.contortus in regulating growth and development,laying a foundation for further research on antinematodal drugs.
