增强型体外反搏对射血分数轻度降低的心力衰竭患者治疗效果及安全性的临床研究
Therapeutic Efficacy and Safety of Enhanced External Counterpulsation in Patients with Heart Failure and Mildly Reduced Ejection Fraction:A Clinical Study

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)therapy on hemodynamics,car-diopulmonary function,exercise tolerance,quality of life,and safety in patients with heart failure and mildly reduced ejec-tion fraction(HFmrEF).Methods A total of 80 HFmrEF patients treated in the Department of Cardiology,Renmin Hospi-tal,Hubei University of Medicine from February 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:The control group(n=40)received standard medical treatment,while the experimental group(n=40)received 36 days of EECP therapy in addition to standard medical treatment.All patients were followed up for 6 months after the completion of treatment.Changes in hemodynamic parameters,cardiopulmonary function,6-minute walk distance(6MWD),exercise tolerance,quality of life,and safety were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results⑴ Baseline charac-teristics such as age,gender,and cardiac function were similar between the two groups(all P＞0.05).⑵The experimental group completed 36 days of EECP therapy.After 6 months of follow-up,no adverse events occurred.The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the experimental group showed increases in stroke volume(SV),contractility index(CTI),left cardiac work index(LCWi),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6MWD,maximum exercise load,maximum oxygen con-sumption(VO2max),and peak metabolic equivalents(METpeaks)(P＜0.05),while the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score decreased(P＜0.05).Conclusion EECP therapy can safely and effectively improve cardiopulmonary function,exercise tolerance,and quality of life in patients with HFmrEF.关键词
