2024年河南省部分猪场PCV2及PCV3的血清病原学PCR调查
Serum Etiological PCR Investigation of PCV2 and PCV3 in Some Pig Farms in He'nan Province in 2024
摘要
Abstract
A total of 403 serum samples submitted for inspection from within the scope of He'nan Province were subjected to PCR detection for Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)and Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3).The research results show that the infection degree of PCV3 in the pig population in He'nan Province is relatively high,with a positive detection rate of 32.5%.The positive detection rate of PCV2 is 21.3%.There is also the problem of co-infection of PCV3 and PCV2,and the co-infection rate is 6.4%.This study provides important data support for the prevention and control of porcine circovirus in He'nan Province.It has important reference significance for preventing the spread of PCV2 and PCV3 within He'nan Province,reducing the virus infection rate,and promoting the healthy development of the pig farming industry.关键词
