辽南地区1例犬脓皮病病原菌分离鉴定及药敏分析
Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Analysis of Pathogenic Bacteria in a Case of Canine Pyoderma in Southern Liaoning Region
摘要
Abstract
This study employed PCR molecular biology techniques and bacterial isolation and identification methods to conduct research on the skin tissue and pus samples of a dog with pyoderma at an animal hospital in southern Liaoning.The results showed that the bacterial isolation and identification result was pseudintermediate Staphylococcus aureus.This strain was resistant to various drugs and was only sensitive to cefazolin.关键词
