小反刍兽疫病毒的流行演化
The Epidemiological Evolution of PPRV
摘要
Abstract
Peste des petits ruminants(PPR)is a major animal disease spreading across boundaries, posing a serious threat to the development of cattle and sheep industries in Asian and African regions. Here, genetic evolutionary relationships of virus strains in different regions were sorted out through systematically analyzing the general characteristics, genetic typing, global transmission and evolution history, mutation mechanisms and influencing factors of the virus, and in combination with methods such as molecular epidemiology and phylogenetic analysis. The virus had gradually spread to other parts of Africa,as well as Asia and Europe since it was firstly reported in Cote d'Ivoire, and evolved into four lineages(Ⅰ-Ⅳ),including lineage Ⅳ that was dominant in the world due to its strong adaptability and widespread transmission;and all the prevalent strains in China belonged to lineage Ⅳ,although there were genetic differences in different regions. The virus spread and mutated with obvious spatiotemporal characteristics, which was influenced by various factors, leading to current challenges in PPR control, including lineage expansion and strain variation. It was thereby recommended to approach the goal of global eradication by improving monitoring, vaccine development and cross-border cooperation.关键词
