摘要

Abstract

An animal-derived antibacterial resistance surveillance system had been in place in China,involving multiple institutions,but there was no any data-sharing mechanism,resulting in data isolation.To this end,an animal-derived antibacterial resistance surveillance and traceability system was developed by Shandong Provincial Center for Quality Control of Feed and Veterinary Drug.Through the system,antimicrobial resistance surveillance across the province was managed in an informatized,automated and intelligent manner,animal-derived antibacterial resistance across the province was predicted and identified through continuous tracking and analysis with its surveillance database,and thereby effectively controlled through providing technical support for government decision-making,and baseline data for professionals in institutes,as well as facilitating researches into the mechanisms of antibacterial resistance;additionally,based on antibacterial resistance surveillance reports,farms were guided to precisely implement medication practices,which reduced veterinary drug residues in livestock products,safeguarded the quality and safety of livestock products,and thereby laid a solid foundation for green and sustainable development of the livestock industry.
