Core Concepts,Objectives and Mechanisms for Professional Training in Wildlife Rescue

Abstract
With advancing construction of ecological civilization,a relatively comprehensive network system has been established in the wildlife rescue efforts made by China,but specialists skilled at wildlife rescue are urgently needed,as driven by increasing targets to be rescued,upgrading of rescue operations and growing demand for multidisciplinary technical competencies.Here,a concept centered on"harmonious coexistence between humans and nature"was proposed,an objective of three-in-one cultivation system(ethical awareness+professionalism+technical mastery)was defined,and a multi-tiered and multidimensional training mechanism was established,integrating higher education,cadre training programs and communication.A professional team with species-specific expertise,capabilities to integrate technologies and global perspectives were tried to be built through innovating concepts,goal-oriented approaches and reforming mechanisms,thereby providing robust intellectual support for biodiversity conservation and ecological civilization development in China.In conclusion,professional training system for wildlife rescue should be further improved through sustained theoretical exploration and practical innovation,thereby contributing Chinese solutions to global biodiversity conservation efforts.关键词
